   I was a little hesitant in using a mortgage broker, after my first experience where they seemed to put in little to no effort and expected to kick back and just use me as a cash cow. Fortunately I was referred onto Emma by a mutual friend. She has definitely changed my perception on what a mortgage broker can achieve for you. Emma is pro-active, patient and a wealth of knowledge, while all being down to earth and easily approachable. She has provided great guidance and put in time outside of her regular work days to help me as a customer. She has also managed to wrangle a few additional items we discussed which has no doubt saved me thousands for my first few years of paying down the mortgage. The five starts doesn't do her justice. Would I recommend. Hell yeah!
