   I switched to Simplicity KiwiSaver over two years ago from one of the big banks. So did my Brother. Simplicity is a non-profit with excellent values, and they do a lot to support the community. I have seen good returns, the fees are low, and I love the fact a portion of the money is being invested in affordable and quality New Zealand housing; as well as some New Zealand start ups.

   The best decision I made was changing my kiwisaver to Simplicity. My returns have been better than my former provider and the fees much less too. Although I can't make use of the first home loan lending, others can and I think it's pretty awesome that Simplicity offers special variable rates to its home loan customers.

   I’ve been using Simplicity NZ for a while now and I absolutely love what they stand for. They’re a New Zealand owned company, and I really admire their commitment to charitable giving. On top of that, their member fees are not only low but have reduced while I’ve been using them.    We joined the Simplicity Balanced investment fund in October 2021. It was recommended at the time by the Herald columnist and others because of their low fees and the passive nature of the investment. At May 2023 our balance had dropped by 5.5% over the past18 months. This investment fund represents a significant part of our savings. We consider, in hindsight, that we should have stayed with Term Deposits.

   This is the most friendly, helpful investment organisation I've ever dealt with. Unlike the 2 banks I'm forced to continue with, Simplicity staff have bent over backwards to answer my questions and make things work. I've been a member from near the beginning (about 5 years) and have persuaded several members of my family, and others, that this is the best Kiwisaver/indexed funds investment option. Can't speak highly enough of the staff I've dealt with over the years.

   Very happy with Simplicity - I have been a member for a number of years. They have always been responsive, understanding, and helpful when I contact them. The ethical investing and donating profits to charity is a great bonus, and founder Sam Stubbs has a meaningful public presence in the media in interviews and opinion pieces.

   I joined simplicity in the early days because of the reputation of Sam Stubbs and the low fees they charged. Sam called me weeks after I joined and put a friendly face to what could have been an impersonal investment transaction. I have been very well rewarded directly financially, and also through the great community work that simplicity undertakes. I actively promote simplicity to family and friends and suggest you do some research and make the move, you won't be disappointed.
