Ordered part mid afternoon and it was on doorstep other end of the North Island next morning. Andrew was able to supply me, on the spot, with heavy duty wheel bearings and advice I needed to fit to my ride on mower. Even the agents for the mower couldn't or wouldn't supply them . The bearings were also reasonably priced . Thanks.
I have used the this company many times over the years but never again. I had a problem with my ride on mower throwing a deck belt & called Andrew. He came out the next day & within 5 minutes had the deck off & informed me the deck wasn't in good condition. I was given the option of either approx $480 plus a belt to fix it or $221 to come out & tell me this. He discounted it to $181.13. I took the latter as the deck probably wasn't worth spending money on to fix. The fee for 5 minutes work & 10 minutes of travel each way is nothing short of extortionate. At the very least if you are going charge like that the customer should me made aware. Ask him for a cost first would be my advice.
