   I strongly recommend our mortgage breaker : Paul Bateman for is competence, knowledge, creativity to find solutions that encounter all kind of problems and for his humain quality. We were four of us (from different generation 35 years old and 65...), with different needs to buy a house together. During the whole time Paul was available (> always answering fast to emails and fast thinker !). He was adaptable to communicate and clarify situations when needed, he was patient differently when one of us would not understand something, he was respectful and understanding with each of us. Also, he managed to put in place back-up plans in case the first one does not go through the way we want. And to put things I'm place in advanced to respect delay imposed by the seller. Very important: the day before buying the house, we had an issue with our lawyer refusing to represent us for a mistake she made and after talking to Paul, he find us a solution that could solve the problem for the lawyer to be able to represent us. Excellent experience.

   Paul helped us into our first home in 2020 during the madness of the pandemic. When we hit bumps along the road he promptly came up with solutions to ensure we didn’t miss out. We then knew the man to call when looking to purchase our investment property in early 2022. Paul, once again offered some great options and advice for our now family of 3 and our second property was secured. He was personable, professional and easily contactable during our transactions making what can be a stressful time reasonably seamless.
