Eparcel are a really reliable trustworthy company and all their staff are very helpful. Highly recommend using their online system as it's so easy to book things with all costs shown at the time of booking.
Avoid at all costs. I sent a parcel with them and they sent it to a completely random address, not what was entered in the delivery order. I rasied the issue with them, was ignored for months, finally when they got around to it they refused to take responsibility and I had to refund the buyer for the item since they didn't get it. So all in all I lost my item and on top of that had to refund the buyer, the buyer was pissed having never received what they paid for, and some completely random person got an item they didn't want, and ofcourse I lost a valuable item.
