I've been for two visits recently - one for a WOF and another to get something replaced under warranty. Both visits were a real pleasure, the staff very helpful and really friendly. On both occassions I was more than happy to wait in the well equipped, comfortable customer lounge but was never kept waiting long, as both times my car was ready to go much faster than anticipated! I will not be taking our Toyota anywhere else in the future. Fantastic service!

I wanted to express my deeply disappointment with the Hobsonville Toyota Service Centre. Recently we moved to West Harbour, and bought a 90 Series Prado, 220 kms on the clock; an old 4x4 that suited my needs. As so, I wanted to plan and do several maintenance and improvements in the brand's service. I absolutely trust in the brand and the Japanise style in quality, professionalism, and reputation, and I believed the correct planning will allow me to structure the time and budget. With those ideas in mind I requested quotes and recommendations suitable for my vehicle. I requested everything under the name John van Bebber, to make the life easier to my Kiwi fellows. However, I have just received one email back, without details whatsoever, some incomprehensible pricing (e.g. differing from Albany), without the quality and customer service I was expecting from this brand. Due to the inadequate service, I did the maintenance at my local mechanic in Mount Roskill, and I sent another request for quoting for the next maintenance I want the vehicle to receive (Cambelt, tensioner, water pump, transmission fluid, etc) and others could arise. But after 3+ weeks without an answer, I think it's time to share my frustration. While I undertand the possible of being a Center in overcapacity, and work in excess, I deeply believe this is not the customer service I might be receiving. I'm still trusting in the brand, and will continue purchasing its vehicles in the future, but I would like to recover the trust in the Toyota's Service Centre and all its complements.

Editing my review as I did not explain what the issue was: We contacted Hosonville Toyota for car annaul service on 23 March 2023 and was told that they are fully booked until 12 April, so we booked an appointment for that date which was confirmed and we receieved a confirmation text message on 29 March as well. Receieved a text on 5 April that our appointment is moved to 2 May (without our prior consent). Called them and the only answer we got was that they were fully booked all April! Terrible Communication from this Centre. How did they book us in the first place if they were fully booked? Luckily, we called Toyota Grey Lynn and booked our annual service appointment for the next day. Hassle free!

Professional and went above and beyond - If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Toyota Hobsonville is the way to go β€οΈ I had recently accidentally damaged one of my plastic panels on my Brand New Toyota CHR 1 week after receiving it. As I was busy with work and had not time to take my car in, My mother went in today to see to the new Toyota Hobsonville branch to see what could be done. She was met by a very professional and friendly team whom made her feel welcome and catered for. Toyota hobsonville went above and beyond. Initially the panel was meant to take 2 weeks on order however on further searching they had managed to find some stock in another facility and fix my car the same day. The panel was repaired and looks amazing!!- the gloss is back, it looks as when I had first received my car - and Iβm now enjoying driving my car again Although Toyota Hobsonville is a new branch, I highly recommend them for your car needs including repairs and servicing. The attention to detail and customer service was excellent. The panel was restored to its original condition and My mother was treated kindly and with respect. I Will definitely be back for my ongoing servicing at this branch as a new favourite. Iβm glad that I chose a Toyota over other brands for my new car - not only are they reliable, but the company really takes care of you. Go to Toyota Hobsonville branch, you wonβt regret it! In fact I will be taking my of mums car (and all of my family members cars) there for servicing from now on.
