Large and modern train station. As someone who visited the first time, the place is spacious and interestingly mixed both modern and historic architecture. If you're confused on where to go, the staff here are really friendly and would be happy to help guiding you on which train you should take.

The service is often suspended during school holidays, which is understandable for safety or operational reasons. However, it also closes unexpectedly during peak hours, leaving passengers without any explanation. Overall, it is a very disappointing train system.

A modern and efficient transport hub right in the heart of Auckland. The architecture is impressive, blending historic frontage with a spacious underground concourse. Easy connections to trains, buses, and ferries make it very convenient for getting around the city.

Convenient gateway that unlocks the city. Offering walkable connections between trains, buses, and ferries. Service counters on both sides of the barrier. Public restrooms at various points. Escalators and lifts are available to cater to a variety of mobility concerns. Severe weather might impact operations - please plan ahead.

A grand place filled with staff that were more than happy to help someone there for the first time. They have an efficient train system in Auckland that got us to and from Eden Park with no problems.

Bad customer service! On 14th April around 730pm, I went there to get my new bus card, I asked the Asian lady if she can help me to link this card to my original card that I lost, and she told me to do it by myself! I asked again if she can help me to do it because I'm not as familiar with the AT website, and I got rejected again harshly. L to this woman whatever her name is. Last time it was another lady and she helped me passionately!

Such a horrible experience with AT HOP staff member. My wallet was lost and when I went to try get a replacement card she refused to be helpful. The lady had a horrible attitude and basically told me to fix my own problems. Wished customer service was better, it ruined my day. Don’t understand why the staff couldn’t just do her job.

Beautifully renovated train station. Reminiscent of the past when trains were the most used transport! The florist is super super cute, the café looks lovely. The staff are helpful and there is places to top up your card, go to the loo and a convenience store.
