   Went it thinking it was going to hard to choose a bed, the salesman who was of Chinese decent was amazing to deal with, great humour and great advice we signed up for a mattress straight away and the paperwork was minimal, he made the process very simple would highly recommend. Got a great deal including delivery and disposal of old mattress for $1750.

   We recently bought two beds from the Silverdale branch. The team there, both Ang and Kevin, helped us through the process of getting the best beds for our needs and they were knowledgeable and very patient. We felt no pressure to buy and we felt at ease throughout. They stock a good range of beds and offer great deals. The delivery boys can also be commended, they were both friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Silverdale team if you’re after a decent bed for a decent price and great customer service.

   Silverdale Store, cannot praise the customer service and helpful knowledgeable team in this store. Listened to what I needed (bed for me, one for visiting parents, daughter etc) took me through the options and what was best for my needs and what would be ideal guest beds. High praise to Barbara and Kevin. Delivery guys, Nate and Mike, the dream team, pardon the pun, delivery and set up of three beds plus furniture, made sure I was happy with everything and took me through step by step the adjustable bed instructions, amazing ambassadors for the company, wouldn't have known they had been in (except for the beds) not a scrap of packaging etc left behind. Fast efficient and hard working. Thanks to you all, cannot recommend you highly enough. Pic attached of the guest room set up.

From purchase through to delivery and the assembling of the furniture, everything went smoothly. The delivery team was lovely to deal with. There were no delays. Immaculate service!
