This experience came after visiting several other bed stores where we received little to no support, so the level of service Natasha provided truly stood out. She patiently answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. By the end of our visit, we felt completely confident in our decision. While the bed itself is fantastic, the exceptional customer service Natasha delivered played a huge role in our purchase. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.    We chose Beds4U because of the many excellent reviews and also because of the 60 night comfort guarantee. We are so pleased we did as we did end up changing to a different mattress and we are very happy. Our first choice was the Imperial Gel Queen Mattress but after persevering for the full trial period I ended up deciding that it was too firm for me. So we returned to the store and Natasha was very helpful. We chose to exchange to the softer Grandeur Plush mattress. This mattress is just right! The whole process with delivery was also good and the prearranged time window was met. Another thing I liked was Natasha's friendly, calm and helpful manner. We didn't feel pressured or rushed as is so often the case in so many furniture stores. I recommend Beds4U Silverdale as a great place to buy a bed.

   Was so happy to see a new bed store close to home. I was dreading having to go to a main center to look for a new bed, then this store opened. Was only too happy to support local.
