   We required repairs to our concrete water tank, and a neighbor who had previously engaged Joe for similar work recommended him. Access to our tank is limited, and coincidentally, our water pump malfunctioned upon Joe's arrival. He generously provided advice and a temporary pump to ensure our water supply while our pump was being repaired. He completed the tank repairs efficiently, treated our property with respect, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. We are truly grateful for his assistance, and our tank appears as good as new. We would contact him again if needed in the future. Highly recommended

Joe's a no fuss professional, the work was done on time and on budget, and we are very happy with the results.    Our tanks needed cleaning as our filters were blocking every 4-5 weeks. I phoned Joe Hall about our problem. He gave us the option of draining both tanks and cleaning them, or, vacuuming the sludge from the bottom of the tanks. Since our tanks were full of water we choose to vacuum clean the tanks. We were very pleased with the outcome and happy that we didn't have to spend money on a water delivery.
