    The male Chinese worker was racist. Earlier in the year (20 February 2023) mum and I went to buy stuff from the store. I didn’t mind that he had complimented my mother on her skin complexion. She has beautiful skin complexion - I know. But to compare hers to mine which was breaking out at the time was outright rude and unprofessional. He had mentioned β€œmy dark skin” I don’t care if he didn’t mean it that way - it was still uncalled for. Initially I felt bad about complaining back in February. But right now, I reckon that worker needs to be held account or his actions. Will be sending a formal complaint through shortly.

    Excellent customer service. Always helpful and friendly. Best place to get curry pastes and spices, noodles ,rice , soy sauce among others thing that aren't stoked in supermarket. Great place to try new foods.

    I used to love going to this store because of the awesome selections of products they have and I never had trouble until today. Never in my life have I been profiled by a store employee so disgustingly! she came up to me and my cousins as soon as we walked into the store and asked if we were looking for anything, and when I said no she told us 'don't loiter'. Then she walked away staring at us and it was only a while later that i understood what was happening. She was eyeing us like a hawk the entire time and its such a shame i didn't get her name but she was a Caucasian elderly woman. I have no idea whether she was racist or just plain rude but this unwelcoming behavior is a great way to stir away loyal customers and create bad rep for your company. I was becoming a regular at this store and now because of this I won't be setting foot there ever again.

    it is a Very Nice place. The Ramune and Mochi are yummy. And the people working are very nice (im sorry for bad english)
