Very unprofessional experience at Waihinahina Park today. A walker ignored my clear request not to engage with my dog, later picked her up, and then shouted at me when I tried to explain the situation. This was unsafe, disrespectful, and has put me off ever considering Happy Tail with any future involvement with my dog.
River loves 'Vicky days', he's always delighted to go off to Happy Tails. And we humans are pretty delighted with HT too.
Douglas is always so excited when the van pulls up, he can barely contain himself! And he’s been learning such good manners too.
