   The service has always been good, but when I visited this morning the post counter was still closed at 9:20am with no staff around. The queue kept getting longer, so I eventually had to leave.

   Although this post shop is integrated into another store, this review is specifically about the post shop counter. The gentleman behind the counter started off being reasonably helpful, but very quickly became extremely unhelpful and frankly bloody-minded. This whole mess happened because I had a passport, and he flat-out refused to let me put it in a normal envelope. No he forced me into using his so-called “special express service” that costs $102. It’s my mail, and it’s my choice what I do with it. The service was so poor that I ended up leaving and going to the next post shop in Massey, where I received fantastic, friendly service. If you have a choice, I’d definitely recommend going there instead.

   I had the best experience and courtesy from Rokon (and Luka) but mainly Rokon who spent quite a bit of time helping me fill in the various forms to return product to the USA.....this is a great post office to have in our Westgate shopping centre. Rokon gets my vote.

   I dont normally give good feedback but I have come to the store today needing help on how to use NZ Post shop services, with no experience and knowing what to do, trying to arrange returned lost item from a store across the country which i recently flew into. The staff member who served me today (24/4/23 mid morning) was incredibly helpful (forgot to get his name!). Have not come across excellent customer service in such a long time. He pretty much completely helped me throughout the process, he was helpful, passionate, made it seemless, and successful. Cheers mate! I wouldn't go to any other post shop now except your store.

   Went into post shop today sending off a few parcels, I was asked what was in every parcel, not there business, he said it was post policy now to know what is inside, this post shop is the only one who does this. I don't know these people and they want to know the contents, why,, are they going to remove it later. Not a good look for nz post

   Lesina and Luka are brilliant! they work fast as a team and really do get thru the queues as fast as possible. I send a lot of parcels and it has given me a chance to watch them at length. I appreciate their fast and excellent customer service. A lot of companies could look hard at these two and learn a lot about the whole customer service experience. Well done and keep up the fantastic work - its always a pleasure to go in to NZ Post Westgate. edit, I've read the review below, but I have to say I disagree. Professional, courteous and fast - if that is rudeness then so be it, I have NEVER had rudeness from this great team.
