Dolphin Pacific were amazing. They fell over backwards to resolve our problem which had nothing to do with the quality of the product. From our initial query to the issue being solved we could not fault them .- It was customer service to the highest standard . Business owner cannot be bothered to support his product. He just hangs up the phone. His product says my pool sodium is 2.7. The shop testing says it is 5.

WOW is all I can say. The service from Jo was absolutely amazing. I don't think we have every had such a good customer service experience. We had an issue with a pool robot, supplied by Dolphin through one of their retailers. The retailer let us down pretty badly. Jo, right from the start owned the problem, put in place a loan robot and had our original machine back to us in no time, looking as good as new. No excuses, no mucking around, Jo simply logically put in place the steps required to resolve the problem in a fantastic manner. I worked in a customer service environment a number of years ago. Our experience with Jo and Dolphin Pacific could not be more textbook amazing service if she tried.
