I was a bit nervous about having my ear suctioned after an infection, especially as a pilot where hearing is so important. Megan’s professionalism and gentle care quickly put me at ease. The procedure was smooth, and my hearing, especially in my right ear, has improved dramatically. Thank you!

Wow, unbelievable in this day and age. Once in the clinic room I was asked of I could get on her treatment table? I use a wheelchair and can't get o to it. I suggested moving that out of the way and I will park in its place. I was told that she could not perform the ear cleaning while I was in my wheelchair. After a short discussion she said we can try but said she doubted she could treat me. "We are not set up for people in wheelchairs". I left and went to Hear Again in Whangaparaoa, where the could not have been so helpful, job done. The Ear Clinic will never see me again. A medical service that doesn't cater for people with a disabilty in 2025 is unbelievable.

Wonderful & gentle care. Appointment ran perfectly to time. Good explanation of treatment & possible reasons I was experiencing discomfort & blockage. Treatment was professional & unhurried. I experienced a good result & relief from the treatment, through the expertise of the practitioner. Have already recommended to others & will certainly be returning again as a health care routine.

I had never had my ears cleaned before and felt a little nervous. The specialist made sure I was comfortable and informed before starting the procedure. She was very gentle and thorough. I was thrilled to have my hearing back to normal and instant relief from the discomfort that had been bothering me for weeks.
We were taken on time. The ear suction person was friendly and efficient. Eczema present in my ear was given a soothing moisturiser and the ear is symptom free this morning. Everything was clean and tidy.
I have had my ear wax removed after experiencing a blockage. The specialist lady was super helpful (sorry forgotten her name), process was efficient and painless, and result was amazing. Thank you team for professional and efficient service, have referred to family & friend. Highly recommended.
