   Excellent service, I broke a wheel on a chair which they made back in 2016, within 3 days they had sent me out a new wheel and a spare just in case. To back your products and help out a teenager who got the chair of facebook marketplace when you usually work business to business says so much. Definitely go with these guys, plus the chair is comfy and works well even being 8 years old, so you know these guys make a quality product Thank you guys

   Best after sales service I have ever experienced. I bought CS Work-Mesh chair from PB tech for my child’s online schooling. My excited year 7 child did his best assembly job but forgotten to remove something important for the chair gas lifting function. We couldn’t figure out why the chair was not working so submitted a message via Contact Us tool from the company website. Richard immediately responded with very clear photo image instructions to solve the assemble errors. My child is now very happy. Apparently, the chair assembly was very easy. It was my year 7 boy missed a simple step on the instruction. The chair is very comfy and support healthy straight posture during his schooling and gaming times. Thank you, Richard!

   Excellent chair, and fabulous service. I popped into the company, they usually only make chairs for business orders. After I explained that I have a back issue, really want a designed chair. They made a chair for me within 2 weeks!!! More importantly, the price is very reasonable.
