We never felt pressured to make a purchase, which was so refreshing, especially with such a significant decision like buying a new bed. After some thought, we decided to go with just the bed frame instead of both the frame and mattress. I reached out to Angela on Monday, and she was nothing but understanding and professional, never pressuring us to add the mattress to our purchase.    We had looked at a few places to try and find the right bed. We had decided on one but went into Bed Stop just because they were there. As we walked in the door we were greeted by a most lovely, and infectious woman who was just fabulous. Amazing at her job - without being the slightest bit pushy or "annoying", she sold us a bed that we have come to appreciate - it takes a bit to get used to new beds. I now climb into bed with an "Aaaaah" and get up in the morning without an "Ouch"!! Thanks so much for the amazing service and doing all you could to help us out - very much appreciated!
