   Macpac provides an incredible service New Zealand wide, even at the busiest time of year. I felt guilty that multiple parcels were sent immediately via express so presents arrived in time for Christmas, possibly costing as much as the value of my order. Nevertheless, they have a loyal customer for life. Can't beat the tracking updates too every step of the way. Top shelf retailer!

   went to pick up a collection order, two girls at the counter were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge people coming in. Went to ask for my collection and the two girls were still talking, wasn’t until one of them turned and saw i was standing there did they FINALLY take notice. “Hi how can i help “ was the only interaction i got, bag was handed over, and back to the conversation they went. Said thank you and was meet with silence. First time going into that store and most likely the last if that’s how the store handles walk in. Only person i saw actually working was a young man in the shop floor helping customers! Reading the reviews it seems like this isn’t a new issue or has been investigated!

   Great products but poor service. Two staff ignored me and moved to opposite ends of the store just to continue flirting with each other. Once I got the attention of one (after avoiding my eye contact), she was unhelpful and had no knowledge for basic questions, only to tell me to go home to research and buy it online. It is a simple question for a replacement water bladder that fits in one of their own branded bags, I shouldn't have to research and once I did, learned there is only one option anyway! Frustrating. Now I have to pay for the postage or go back. Not cool.

2. On Vam Dimon ★☆☆☆☆

   Bought two self-inflating mats, and totally disappointed with quality. One works good and self inflating well. Another one thin as gym mat, doesn’t work at all. Writing this, staying in holiday park in a tent, and laying on this uncomfortable not inflated thing. Use it first time and bought like 3 months ago, I’d rather return it but not sure if I kept the receipt.
