   Don’t go here if you’re looking for a range of vegan food. There’s a muffin. Also had to wait for said muffin as they were heating it when I asked for it not heated. Coffee is also horrific, tastes like they sprinkled in the used coffee beans. Gritty and burned.

   im so disappointed with the service today Ive been waiting for 30 mins, has you guys forgotten my order? The food is great thats why I keep supporting, but The Lab need to work on the order system more careful!!!! This is not my first time experiencing slow service

   For the third time i have ordered a coffee with alternative milk it was made with Full cream dairy milk. This might not seem like a big deal but for someone with a dairy allergy this is the difference between a nice coffee to start the day and multiple days of agony, nausea etc. Extremely disappointed as it seems to be a common theme as it has happened to others i know too. I just hope they don't mess up the order for someone that is anaphylactic. Please make sure your staff know the importance of getting orders correct and food safety.

   Pleasant enough. Good selection of food. Salad could do with a little lettuce, seeds & vinaigrette. Not just cucumber & spinach. Some chutney with quiche & more heating up.

   Always love the food & drinks available at the Lab. I have now relocated cities and miss having the Lab on-campus. The food is always 100% fresh, with great flavours e.g. their Asian fusion meal specials. The famous $5 noodle salad sustained me through post-grad study, & the raw vegan coconut choc slice was my absolute fave. Great coffee too with alternative milks available. Someone needs to franchise this biz!!

   Very busy and lively cafe offering lots of healthy varieties and desserts. Offers daily lunch specials (photo: chicken satay with rice), as well as healthy sandwich, salad and wraps. Vegan friendly. Good coffee. Quick and friendly service. Mostly for take away, as seating space is limited.
