The nicest people I’ve ever met! They went over and above to help me when my car was stolen and then found and towed to them. They were so accommodating and understanding. Can’t recommend them enough.
Called up at 2pm. Had my car on a truck within 30 minutes. Truck driver was very nice and professional. Got my car to the mechanics safely and even helped this lady back out of a park. True gentleman. Would recommend to anyone who is urgently needing their car towed and wanting it done safely and quickly.
Prompt, professional, competent and very reasonably priced. In an industry renown for its cowboys, Jayden and his team are a pleasure to deal with - even in the middle of the night. Our rental motorhome business ended up dealing with Avon Towing Services after clients contacted them for assistance while bogged at Piha late at night. Ok, generally, you only visit a tow truck company when life has thrown you a curve ball, but the team here were amazing. Very helpful and great customer service. This service is always going to be expensive, but it was on par with other services.
BEST EVER! Nearly paid over $300 to another stupid towing company named towing and recovery (dont use them) just to get my car out of the mud - seriously! These guys were helpful, replied quickly and gave great service and great price too! Very professional and very helpful. Def will be calling them if I am ever stuck again!

The staff were extremely supportive and understanding. All of my telephone calls were met with respect and clear guidelines were given as to what was expected of me. What was outstanding was the sense of humanity with which Avon conducted their business.
