   Extremely disappointed is an understatement. We booked an appointment with Claire. Relationship counselling because we need it. Drove all the way from Pukekohe as that was the first and quickest appointment we could get. Turn up 10 minutes early. Sitting in the waiting room. There was no one there to greet us. 3 other phycologists walked past us a number of times and still no one sad anything. Not even a hello. 2pm appointment, at 2:20 we still hadn't seen anyone. Rung Claire to only bet told "oh sorry I had to take my cat to the vet". I don't have an issue with that, what I have an issue with is the fact that no one contacted us. We have reached out to you for help, professional help and where were you and your colleagues in our time of need? If anyone actually reads this think twice before booking an appointment with these people. If you work at Howick Counselling Services I suggest you look at your processes and fix them immediately. 1 day your actions could have dire consequences.

   I Had a counselling session with Carleen Morris, She is very Nice lady and she has been doing this job for a while but a few things i've notice with this session. 1st she was 10mins late i was waiting for her and when she came out she had not finish any pervious session clients, that was a bad start when she started it was very slow and could not really understand me, and ask if i was sleepy which i was very awake. She gave a few good pointers but i did tell her about what people said perviously i should do she said yeah you should do that, she also just listen heaps didn't give much advice at all, and when i told her i cant afford another session she said she highly recommend me to come back and do another session. she finished appox 8mins early this was meant to be 60min session which was a 40 min session and charged me $120.00 and felt angry when i left because she didn't connect with me or help as much as thought a bit disappointed but try else where before here. i have been told these people are meant to help you with life problems i believe its waste of money from my experience.
