   My child attended Te Atatū GSDA for a few years. Though her dance teacher Mrs Sim was great at what she did, she was not very personable and quite rude towards me at one of their shows. Another teacher with glasses, a blonde bob, and bangs (Mrs. Coombridge?) I caught her looking and laughing at me in a way that seemed to mock my appearance (I have a disability that affects my appearance). The owner of GSDA and admin lady Jo however were quite nice and helpful throughout the years. It's just a pity those two dance teachers had no proper social skills.

   My daughter attended GSDA doing ballet since she was 3 up till 8yrs old. Teachers were amazing and always ensured the students were welcomed and included unlike other placed I've seen. Jo is always happy to help. I would definitely recommend as this is the best school in the area. Only reason my daughter no longer attends is because we moved closer to the city so a bigger commute. If it weren't that far, she would still attend.

   GSDA is my first experience with a dance studio and it has been fantastic from the beginning. My very shy 4 year old loves to dance and she settled in so easily, initially signed up for ballet then decided to also join hip hop, she looks forward to it every week. The staff are amazing both in studio and shop, the studio is always buzzing and busy such a happy vibe there, I love that I can watch the class dancing without distracting my daughter. Highly recommend to everyone!

   Our first dance establishment with our 4 year old girl interested in Ballet. She has taken to class with confidence from the very first trial. Now fully enrolled and looking to continue our daughters ballet journey with Miss Tiara who she absolutely loves. Miss Tiara made her feel welcome from the beginning and she’s blossoming more with every lesson. Looking forward to the rest of the year and Term 2!

   My daughter attends the ballet class at GSDA. The staff there are superfriendly including the admin and the instructors. I was amazed when I received a personal text from the instructor to check on us and how they could support/enhance my daughter's skills. There is also a cafe upstairs for parents to have a relaxing tea/muffin while the kids attend the sessions. The term fee is also reasonable. And I noted the groups are smaller which means your child gets individualistic attention. I am impressed with their services. Its a hidden gem in South Auckland otherwise you have to travel so far to get dance lessons.
