   I went into the store today, and was not looking forward to it as I needed to get a couple of items but was really unsure about what. The girl that served me was fabulous. She helped me with suggestions, sizes, colours and was extremely professional and the staff in the store were both pleasant and I left with a bag full and was very happy. With my set and robe :) Thank you so much :)

   had a terrible experience trying to return a set at this store. The sales associate, Julia, was incredibly rude and abrupt throughout the interaction. I left the store feeling embarrassed and upset about the way I was treated. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to others. This was at the Hobsonville one

   I don’t actually have a question Im wanting to leave a review but couldn’t find where to. Just wanted to say that Lailani was incredibly welcoming helpful without being invasive and over eager like a lot of bras and things staff are. She was super nice to talk to and really helpful when i couldnt make up my mind.
