   I’ve had the best experience ever with Beds R Us in Porirua. David and Ben and team were all so super helpful when choosing our bed in-store. They then took the service even further by working in with us to book a delivery date and specific time that suited us weeks later for delivery that worked in with us being able to travel to Wellington to be there when it arrived. Ben and David also delivered the bed and they were just wonderful. They built the bed for me and were so friendly and polite. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all future bed purchases.

   Recently purchased a storage base & headboard, the in-store service was impeccable. I paid the additional $cost to have this delivered and assembled. Whilst the lads did a fabulous job of this, I later found out that they hadn't attached the headboard as the bolts were too short, they left these on the floor. As I wasn't home at the time, they advised my brother & told him I needed to purchase longer bolts from Bunnings/M10 - after such a wonderful experience, this ending was a complete letdown. My headboard is still not attached, and I'm still disappointed about how it was left. I am unsure if they were aware the bolts were too short if so, why didn't they source the correct bolts for the installation prior to arrival.

   Nik was so helpful and knowledgeable, and I am thrilled with my new bed - he made it so easy to figure out what was right for me and was extremely patient, encouraging me to take my time and make sure I had the right one. Also the in store sleep mapping was fantastic and confirmed my choice. Todd who made the delivery helped me put the mattress on my bed and could not have been more helpful.

   My fiancé and I came into BedsRus hoping to compare our options and get an idea of what buying instore vs online elsewhere would be like. We were greeted by Jess who was absolutely incredible and worked with us to find our perfect bed, while remaining within our budget. Jess immediately felt like a longtime friend and made us instantly comfortable with the process; spending as long as we needed moving around the store, trialing all the different options. At no point did we feel rushed or judged for asking about other options, and in the end, we decided we would get our full new bed set up from her as a result of the fantastic service we received. We both agreed that it is sad we are finished shopping as Jess really made this an enjoyable experience. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks Jess!!

   Great service from BedsRus Porirua! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who helped us get the bed height we wanted! Looks great and is incredibly conformable. I want to add that the delivery driver Todd was fantastic! My partner have moved into a new home and have had many furtniture items delivered. Todd was by far the most efficient, after quickly carrying the bed up to our third story, Todd put the bed together for us and took away all of the packaging! This felt like it was within the space of 10 minutes! Amazing!
