Took my caravan for a WOF. Friendly office staff. Only issue was entrance signage on Kumeu Rd (heading north) was not great. Other than that, a great overall experience.
My experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing. Karen’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional — she appeared completely uninterested in helping me, acted dismissively, and handled the situation with a level of immaturity that is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. Her attitude made it clear she wasn’t taking her responsibilities seriously, and it turned what should have been a simple interaction into an unnecessarily stressful experience. This reflects poorly on the business as a whole, and I hope management addresses this issue promptly, so other customers don’t have to go through the same thing.
I went to get my license renewed and was pleasantly surprised at what a fantastic experience it was! The two lovely ladies at reception were super friendly, supportive, patient, funny and kind. I felt like I could just stay there all day and hang out! Great service, keep up the amazing mahi team!
This place is always busy , but that’s because they are so good. Always friendly and helpful and worth waiting for.
Dont get me wrong, whilst this is not a good review, the lady at the front counter was very nice, very polite, informative and a good person. The front counter lady represented VTNZ Kumeu in a good light today, 5 star performance for her. But… Every time I have gone here for a WOF I have to wait for extreme amount of time. It’s not because they are busy, it’s because they do not employ enough staff to cope with the queue. Today I was only the third car in line and the estimated time for me to get through this place was 1 hour and 20 minutes = 1 and 1/2 hours when you allow for minor delays. Sadly, it is the same every time, they employ too few people so they can maximise their profit but this means their customers mean nothing to them, their customers can just wait. How else does a queue of 3 cars at 10.45am = a 1.5 hour delay? Answer = Making customers waste their time means nothing versus minimising costs and maximising profit. There are other places that can do a WOF.
Receptionists were professional, friendly & very helpful.The technicians were absolutely awesome. 4th July 2023. Thoroughly recommend them. Pam & Ian.
Went in for a license renewal. Something to note: While they open at 8am, licensing services are only available from 9am. The two ladies at reception were super lovely and friendly!
What a warm, welcoming team at VTNZ Kumeu - absolutely fantastic!! So helpful, I even got offered a cuppa on my second visit for the day. Karen & Maria are wonderful, customer service is on point. Awesome support for one another in the branch, keep up the good work. Nga mihi
