Visited for my Wof. Omg I can't believe that I have never visited this place. Why Amazing service. Quick and clear. Friendly people and welcoming reception. Coffee was yum No booking for wof so you can walk in. I went Monday afternoon and saw a queue, so came back on Tuesday then it took just 15 minutes. Fabulous experience
First time coming here, just had my WOF done by Fariss, amazing and quick process. The receptionist told me he's new here. And thank you Taslim for the extra service provided in topping up my oil, love the customer service!

Been going here for 5 years, this will be the last time and will warn everyone at work too. Showed up at around 14:20 in the afternoon with only 1 car ahead of me in the queue, figured I had good timing, what could go wrong. Ended up going back and asking for a refund 1 hour and 20 minutes later. A bus and two trucks made it through the magic right lane while I watched in disbelief as the gaggle of inspectors moved slower a herd of sloths. The lady behind the counter is a star as usual, friendly and professional. Super disappointed wasting my life like this.
Despite already going in with extremely low expectations, is the worst VTNZ I have visited. Id be astonished if this place has any interview process. It must only require a candidate to have a face and a working pulse. My 85 year old grandmother with a bad hip sleepwalking moves quicker than these guys. Appalling service, after an already painful wait made to wait for another 30 minutes after they finished testing. After 10 mins of waiting I asked them what was happening as I needed to leave. Received attitude in return and was told my car wouldn’t process in the system (been to other VTNZs twice previously and was never an issue). Acted like it was my fault it wouldn’t process and that I was being unreasonable when I had the audacity to ask what was going on. I would have left but it had failed so was forced wait for them to process the report. Finally they were able to manually put together a copy (not sure on what stratosphere it takes that long to work that out). Simply can’t understand workers not telling the customer if there’s an issue and waiting for the customer to ask, then giving them attitude when they do. Not even one apology for the wait when the issue clearly lied with them. Thank goodness I can go to another VTNZ for the recheck otherwise I would have had to take a day’s annual leave waiting for this utter circus act to perform a routine inspection again.
Absolutely shocking service here the last few months has really gone down hill. I’d been going for 10 years. Huge queues and turned away for a recheck an hour before closing. I’ve had more things found with a month of last check and no mileage, this show inconsistent inspections. Reception someone ambivalent and I got more empathy from other customers. Go to Sylvia park for your CoF.
rediculously slow. I was there for over an hour and a half just to get a WOF. There wasn't a big queue in front of me. They were just that slow. In the photo I have posted you can see that there are no cars at all in the car-lane at any stage. Meanwhile there is a huge queue gathered outside.
