   I booked a ticket to India on 15/10/25 through Sehion tours and travels. During my journey from Christchurch to Kochi, I encountered an issue where my name was not showing on the passenger list. It was a very stressful moment, but when I contacted Sehion agency , they responded immediately and assisted me in resolving the problem. I truly appreciate their prompt and supportive customer service. My return trip to New Zealand was smooth and without any issues.

   I was recommended Sehion Tours and Travels by a friend who said they offer cheap fares, but also warned me they can be rude. That turned out to be true. When I called in late May asking about flights from Auckland to Kochi, the person told me the cheapest option. When I politely asked if there were any other cheaper alternatives, he snapped back in a dismissive tone, “I said Malaysian Airways because it is the cheapest.” As a customer, I don’t expect to be spoken to like that for asking a simple question. I ended up booking flights on my own instead. I had always thought of writing this review but never got around to it, better late than never. My advice: stay away until they improve their customer service.

   Hi good morning everybody, I’m Noble…My wife and I both had throughly enjoyed our experiences with Sehion Tours, the service provided us with whatever was highly commendable and the organisers were par excellence. I had certain prejudices and pre ill conceived thoughts before I had been into and immersed with the entire team having full of fun and joy clubbed with the facts. To my great astonishment and wonder some twists and turns came upon, out of the blue. We came back with our hearts full. Rev . Fr Anchanikal , Sr. Ann Maria and Sr Lizbeth had provided us with the sublime thoughts and tips in the back drop of historical places from the Biblical backgrounds. In essence it was a travelogue anyway. Team manager Sijo and Binu had been up to par from all perspectives . I can’t help saying the guide Nadir was out of the world who led us to cloud 9. At certain areas there were something left to be desired that’s in terms of food service on board at the very outset. Sehion Tours has scored a big mark!
