I am just posting about the helpful nature of the main man over here. I got something falling off my truck and I requested them for some help and they were quick to provide it and this kind gesture is really appreciated
Needed my car fixed in a hurry, wasn't a problem. They also do Tyres, New, fitting, balancing, all major brands which I wasnt aware of along with the usual, brakes, WOF and full servicing. They are very knowledgeable with most/all vehicle brands including Hybrids.
Took in for a heating problem, said it should be fixed, kept putting me off wwhen I tried to take it back. Took it to the AA and they said take it back to last mechanic as the parts will be under warranty..has now been 4 weeks and hes still too busy to see me. Seems to have time for every other car. Would not recommend.
I went here late on a Friday afternoon because my brakes started making a strange sound. Phil was happy to check my car as soon as I turned up. Phil at Autocare repaired a tricky engine issue with my old Nissan Terrano. Took it apart and back together in super quick time and knew exactly what to do. I felt assured and confident with the repair. Lovely guy with a can do and hop to it attitude. Would fully recommend to anyone. Thanks Phil :)
My car died in the intersection outside his shop and another, the other shop just wanted me to go away but Phil was happy to give me a price for a battery, then jump my car and let me store it on site for a few hours while I went to grab my tools and come back with another battery. Top bloke, will be coming to him for some work in the future. Need more good people like him in the world.
