Bad communication, bad cleaning services, lost our key, had lots of issues with their invoices. Wouldn't recommend them at all!
Such a lovely couple and so nice to deal with from a customer service perspective but unfortunately didn't do a very good job. We paid a lot of money for a sub-par result. Stuff left on the floor after vacuuming, smears left on walls, glass and mirrors, toilets left with grime and none of the taps in the bathrooms had been wiped or cleaned. This was supposed to be a deep clean and I would have expected better from a regular weekly clean let alone a deep clean. Offered us $50 off the bill but should have discounted more than that given the poor job they did.

Good honest team, who are thorough with house cleans. Friendly, respectful couple who do a great honest, clean job. Can't go wrong hiring them to clean your home.
