   I am genuinely impressed by the effort the Nood team puts into understanding customer needs and offering thoughtful recommendations. I have been served by Peri a few times, and her eagerness and genuine desire to help are exceptional. She always puts the extra effort in finding a solution for your needs. Today I was assisted by another young lady who is finishing with the company in two days. Despite that, she showed complete commitment and went the extra mile to offer suggestions and guidance. At no point did I feel like she had already mentally “signed out,” even though she is moving overseas soon. We are building a home, so choosing the right pieces takes time as we assess sizes, colours and prices. We don’t always buy something each visit, yet I never once felt like an unwanted customer or a nuisance. The staff always take a real interest in your samples, photos, and ideas, helping you bring your vision to life. Please keep up the great work! She managed to track it down for me and I now have a functioning piece of furniture! She was so lovely and I loved her use of Te Reo! Thanks Joy, you're awesome.

   3 stars because the lady I dealt with in New Market was lovely & super helpful. 3 stars because I purchased a $399 seat (marked to $119 on clearance) and wish I hadnt wasted my money. Its like a childs camping chair. They need to upgrade their website so that customers can write reviews on actual products.

   I bought five 3-door Ivy Lockers from the Henderson and Westgate stores in the past week. Unfortunately one of them is a damaged one. So the girl from the Westgate store made an arrangement for me to get an exchange from the New Market store. I drove all the way to New Market and found a parking spot literally 50m away from the shop. (The New Market store does not have a customer parking lot and it's definitely not easy to find a car park on a Subday afternoon). I walked in and told the 2 staff behind the counter I'm here for the exchange and if I can borrow a trolley and maybe some one can give me a hand together to wheel it in. The young boy staff straight away said we don't have a trolley and we can't help you. The lady staff showed me their loading zone car park right in front of the shop. So I drove all around Broadway and parked according to the instruction. I walked in again and told them I reparked and whether then can give me a hand to bring the big box in. The lady staff literally said "We can't leave the store, you have to bring the package in yourself". Maybe it's not a new sale to them, the two staff showed absolutely no interest in helping their customer for the exchange. Albeit It's a designer shop, first of all it's a furniture shop. I don't believe the entire shop doesn't have a trolley and the two staffs behind the counter seem really think lifting big packages is nothing to do with their job. After I told them I actually had a sugery 2 weeks ago (laparoscopy) and not supposed to do heavy lifting. One Indian young boy staff took the initiative and helped me exchange the packages. I'm absolutely disappointed by the customer service from the New Market store. Staff from the Henderson and Westgate stores are way more down to earth on the contrary.
