Appallingly unprofessional. We wasted time on a meeting, were told there'd be a followup and then nothing. Repeated emails and phone calls were all ignored. One of the people attending with me was in her mid eighties and any trip out is drain to her. I have no idea what went wrong but I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.
