James and the team at Landsey auto tech have been looking after mine and my families mechanical needs for years. I’m not very mechanically minded, nor are most of us and we are often at the mercy of mechanics! James is always super honest, never forcing you into work that doesn’t need doing! I recently had the option of a free tow to Cambridge when my car broke down back to Auckland but chose the $450 option to take it back home to landsey. These guys are the real deal, very fair prices and really good at what they do! I own new Honda serviced by Honda NS. BUT my son has a show 1986 Chevy CORVETTE and we ALWAYS take her there for all mechanical and WOF safety checks! We know the owner who really knows American muscle cars and enjoys working on them! JAMES and his crew are professional petrol heads, working on all types of vehicles and are very trustworthy, give honest diagnosis and the pricing is great and in line with trade rates! They are in Fremlin place off Rosebank road so convenient! I would have no hesitation to recommend Landsey Auto Tech to any discerning vehicle owner wanting a fair deal and an honest opinion! very fustrating as i book my car in 1 week in advance, no loan car avaible, although car was in from 8 am, got my first call at 15:40 (3:40 PM) for a WOF, was told that it may be not worht value of car, asked to please give me price on getting car back online, so far no responce, very poor responce, poor service!!!!!, going to find more reliable service!!!!!
The team down at landsey have looked after my RX8 for the last few years without fail, they are a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop, so much so that my parents have started using the team for their yearly services and other needs. This is the shop I would tell my grandmother to go to if they were still around Guaranteed to provide the best service around would highly recommend!!
