Friendly and easy to deal with. Went in to pick up my cousin car and asked if I could book my car in for a full service Tony said he could do that today. He explained If anything extra needed done he would ring me before going ahead and doing it..by close of business my car was done. Told me what I needed done before my next wof in July. Which was awesome...
Tony was awesome to deal with on West coast Rd branch in Auckland. I needed 2 child restraint tether bolts installed into the rear seats of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. He was knowledgeable in placement and ease of access and wasn't his first rodeo installing em. Great customer care and service would highly recommend this place. They were also on the list of places to visit for tether installation from Plunket.

Tony and his team always fit me in when I need help. Their expertise and great customer service always makes going to BCA a truly positive experience. I don’t know as much about cars as I wish I did, but Tony explains things clearly and goes the extra mile in terms of putting up with my silly questions and interpreting my explanations of what is wrong with my cars.
