   Terrible service and zero communication! I waited over three weeks for my car to be repaired and not once did anyone from this shop bother to call me with an update. Today, I called to ask what was going on, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She told me the delay was because there were no courtesy cars available — but why was I never informed of this in the first place? On top of that, when I reminded her that the person who assessed my car told me it would only take one day to fit the parts once I brought it in, she started yelling at me, insisting it wasn’t possible. That is exactly what I was told at the assessment. This shop clearly does not value their customers, their word, or basic respect. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

   This company couldn't give a rats behind about the disabled, and constantly park vehicles illegally on their forecourt. If they really don't care about the community they live in and think it is okay to break the law, do you really want to entrust them with your baby? I would avoid them like the plague!

   I have a few cars that I bring here for various work and every time I do nothing is a problem. They treat all my cars as if they owned them and always keep me informed and give me parts options if parts are needed. I am incredibly fussy with my cars and to find a company that treats me and my vehicles with respect is not easy these days - especially in the automotive trade. A Dracevich do the basics right, go the extra mile, and practice good old fashioned honest Kiwi service and I have never had a problem with any facet of my interactions with anyone there. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating - as are the rest of the team. The mechanics always show me what they have found and explain what they did and I love that - it is that transparent way of doing business that will keep me loyal. If you are wanting someone to do panel or mechanical work on your car then I would give these guys a try - they will look after you and your car - in fact you could recommend them to your mother in law and she'd be happy - they're that good!

   Dear Team at Dracevich, Thank you for the beautiful job you did on my Allex (Red 2002 Toyota). It was a massive pain in the butt to need to get it fixed after the barrier arm broke, and I wasn't looking forwards to needing to deal with it, but you did such an amazing job with her. In only a few days she came back to me better so much better than even before the damage occurred! I really appreciate how nice and friendly the team was too. It made a huge difference to my week.    These Guys are amazing, My Insurance company had written-off my car. I said NO...I purchased the damaged car, supplied another car for parts, they rebuilt my car and have done a full repaint on my car, I could not be more pleased with the result. AAA+++ Amazing Result. My car looks like new.
