I've have had my Kiwisaver with Milford Asset Management many years now; I have received a really good return on my investment over those years. However I need my tax certificate each year and they are always late sending it to me. This year I can expect it between the middle and end of May. Only then can my accountant can do my tax return. Thanks.

Great app and easy to read market updates.
Really bad experience. First of all, reports on their app could be easier to understand. One can do simple math to find the difference between net invested and net current value, but their app cannot do this simple math. Second, despite losing big on our investments, we are still paying taxes. I need to understand how that works.
Have attended a road show this evening. I heard the same information that Milford spins out to their Private Wealth Investors. What a load of bulls..t. The road show would have been expensive for Milford to host. In this current financial climate was this necessary? For me as an investor who is currently earning -8% (that’s right MINUS) this road show was extravagant and unnecessary.
We lost $3500 in 6 months on $20,000 - we understood there would be risk involved but this was too much. Trying to withdraw what we have left now. KiwiSaver also lost over $8,000 6 months and trying to withdraw this also now.
