Great little company. Only 3 stars because they pair with PBT outside of Auckland. PBT are not reliable and their customer service is very poor. Highly recommend Parcell Express for the greater Auckland area.
Instead of 2 to 3 work days, it took almost a month for delivery. Not even a single update. Not once.
I spoke Catherine Amiatu and what a rude individual!! she put the phone down in my ear after yelling at me because they do not know where my parcel is!!!! they lost my parcel and want to put the blame on another courier complany!!!!! I am shocked that Catherine Amiatu believes she can speak to people like that.
Pity there is no option for zero stars! They collected my package on the 10-12-2021 and it's yet to be delivered!!! Called to locate my package, they have no clue where my package is. Staff is rude, abrupt and not helpful at all!!! Can't comment on the service I received as there is no service!!! Spoke to serval people and they all agree that the experience they have had from parcel express is terrible!!!
One of Parcel Express drivers was driving dangerously and trying to incite road rage on the Southern motorway during the morning drive into town. He forced his way in front of me and then kept flashing his hazard lights. There was a truck on the middle lane and the Parcel Express vehicle drove at a speed so that I was blocked in. There were no cars in front of his vehicle. I called Parcel Express and I was told that the driver is a contractor and this was not within their control, but they should be concerned because that person is the public face of their business. I was told that I would get a call back from the manager, but I have not received that yet
So happy with everything about this service. Great prices, friendly and efficient team. Thankyou for doing such an excellent job. Highly recommended
