I have used Fenglin logistics for couple of years now, they always deliver on time as promised, even through covid time. The communication and service has been excellent. I would like to say thank you team, highly recommended to others.

Recently we noticed quite few items missing from their delivery, we contacted customer service, however what we learned is they would not like to take responsibility for the missing items unless we can proof How did us not received, and they have no clue about How can we proof ourselves not received, the customer service team advise us to go to Tribunal, what a joke..... A simple shipment became ending like this, now we wouldn't suprised the previous negative reviews here. Assuming this is how the business owner handle their customer service in the simple and rough way.
Avoid them at all cost !! Extremely slow shipment with serious delay and miscommunication. Not Professional At All ! The worst of the worst ! A simple shipment can turn into a huge headache. Do Not Use them!
I have used several postal company but this one has yet the most frustrating postal company ever. First, the process was really inconvenient, thereโs a lot you need to do once your parcel has arrive in their garage, too much work, the shipping fee is also higher than others. Parcel damaged as well. would not recommend to anyone.
Very slow shipment and no details of your cargo when it was loaded to the ship ect. We used another company to ship stuff from China, much faster and full details of your cargo when was loaded and where the ship is for a clear tracking and piece of mind. They refused to provide any details. Very frustrating with such a high cost but turtle speed.
These guys are scammers!! Do not use them!! 1.5kg of goods coming from China they charged me 150nzd for shipping. They refused to cancel the service when I requested to send the package back to the sender. They gave me two options: 1 bin my parcel. 2 pay $150. Absolutely rip off!
