   If anyone needs an amazing property lawyer, I HIGHLY recommend Grant Cawley from Land Law . He has the lowest fees by far, he responds to emails/text messages within minutes and was so kind and patient with me as a first home buyer. We were able to sign everything over video so we didn't have to traipse around Auckland, and he was helpful chasing up things on our behalf when that was needed! He also has a flat fee ,(and we had a LOT of extra requirements as we used First Home Partner), so you don't have to worry about an unexpected bill at the end. Every other lawyer I called was at LEAST $2000 and took ages to get back to me. Thank you so much Grant!
