   Unfortunately I was not impressed with the customer service or lack of it that I received at the New Lynn store I visited today. I felt as if the person behind the desk really couldn't be bothered with helping me and when she told me that unfortunately an item of clothing wasn't in my size as it only went up to size 10 I thought that was rather presumptuous and rude and it left me feeling rather indignant as I am a size 10. I tried the item on and it fit perfectly but then I decided to purchase something else. Anyway, maybe she was just having a bad day but a good attitude is an asset in any employee and I would suggest maybe a refresher course in customer service might help

   Merric has opened up again at their old spot! I am happy with their friendly service as the staff greet you immediately when you walk in so you feel welcomed, staff members also know their products well by suggesting similar styles and colours of each garment and affordable price. I am happy with their friendly service. I would recommend shopping here. Thank you for your help! see you girls again!
