   Another great experience at VTNZ Henderson yesterday. I Took my old 1976 Mazda 808 Rotary Station Wagon for a WOF check. Car had been sitting in shed unused for about 7 months. The team failed me on my steering idler bushing which was completely disentegrated. I was very grateful to them for picking this up especially because I am running the car at the Old School Drag Racing day at Meremere on the weekend. I installed a new bushing and went back and got my 1 year wof same day. As always I find the Wof Techs here very thorough but fair and non judgemental of my old rotaries! The ladies at reception as always were really friendly and helpful when i updated my regos too. So thanks heaps Henderson team. I will keep bringing my cars here! Have a Merry and Safe Xmas :)

   Wof failed on cosmetic damage to side skirt that had passed 5 years in a row at the same branch. The inspectors excuse was that “he didnt do the previous inspections” - theyll find random crap to fail you on

   Worst experience!!! Worst Attitude I am extremely regret that I have not read the perview comments. Same happen here, my car have full service a day before every checked not problem and when I bringing it here it failed on multiple things. The VTNZ mechanic here professional enough I doubt!!! Attitude worst!!

   While a bad review might mean nothing for this branch the source of income my business could bring is now vanish. Now I understand why it’s always EMPTY, but we moved recently to the area so we did not know about how the inspector works here, which seems to be the only one working. 12-14k per year is what we were spending directly and with customers just on VTNZ, I won’t return here already had 2 incidents when getting cars checked. 1st on a car AA fully checked the day before bringing it here it failed on multiple things that do NOT EXIST. 2nd today, got a car with VTNZ COF, non used for 6 months, took to this branch and failed me in 3 things! Again, they should not fail at all. There won’t be a third, avoid this place at all costs!!! You can also reply with sending a complaint like you do in all your bad reviews but for what? It’s been years of people complaining same thing and even worse about the inspector and you have done NOTHING.

   The office staff are fantastic. Can't say the same for one of the WoF inspectors. He was one of the most grumpiest person I have met. Absolutely 0 customer service and stink attitude towards everyone including office staff. I know because I heard the way he talks to them as well. Ironically there were other customers who said the same to me about him. The office knows who he is!

   Friendly reception staff, and very efficient WOF carried out. Arrived at opening time so only one person ahead of me in queue. The guy who came and got my keys and took my car in was not friendly at all, would go as far as to say he was rude, took my keys without a hello or a thank you, looked very annoyed about something. Will assume he just doesn’t like mornings or something and won’t mark down for his actions.
