   The service was very friendly and they kept me up to date on how the repairs were going. Easy to access and very simple to get my repairs sorted and even though they didn’t have a courtesy car available (per my policy) they had an Uber back up plan that I could use while repairs were being undertaken. Definitely recommend

   One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the the same issues comes back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.

   It took quite a while before somebody contacted me to bring in my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle I was called an Uber to take me home. The person that dealt with me either forgot to order it, but it never arrived until another person organized one. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the fix my radio wasn't working as the battery was disconnected. I had to take my vehicle back the next day so this could get sorted as it needed a code. The fix was good and my whole vehicle still shines after the polish. Tēnā koe.

   Everything was fine up until I got my car back & things weren’t working that were working before repair. I’ve contacted them about this & they are taking 10+ days to respond. Am seriously considering taking my insurance elsewhere

   If I can, I won’t select any star there, this aa panelbeater was presented extremely horrible services I was making claim there, and he always said I didn’t believe, even I show all the photos to him, and did a wrong job to me as well they haven’t fix any parts of car, they ask me to pick up without ignition repair, and for my bumper, it didn’t repair in a right way, they said we want to give you the car ASAP… Lose logical, saying everything basic on his experience… how can he still work here!! I am going to fail my two car insurance in AA due to its service First time making car claim, feedback dreadful
