   We had an excellent experience at the Tawa fingerprint office. The entire team were extremely helpful and professional, and they were very patient with me as my fingerprints were difficult to capture due to a skin condition. We redo multiple fingerprint cards to make sure everything was done correctly. Thanks to their care, we successfully received our report only 17 days after sending them out. Shout out for their outstanding service!

   Place is located inside the bookstore/postal office. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, took great impressions and guided me through everything. Posted out my prints directly with them, paid for the mid-range postal option to the US. Prints were taken and sent 12/11/24, received and processed by US Gov 12/12/24. Wish I would've gotten my prints taken here for Thailand!
