   Steve did a beautiful job on the repair to my wedding ring and it was very fast. Extremely happy and I'll be bringing all my repairs to him from now on. It's a bit hard to find - you have to go down a hallway, up the lift to the 5th floor, and ring the bell, but it's well worth it!

   Second time going to Steve, both time got the items done on the same day. Today I send in my Nan’s ring which I inherited. The ring was never fixed in the past 60 years and Steve came through with retipping the centre stone and all the diamonds around it. Even replaces two broken diamond with a reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend him to everyone that needs his service!

   I have a gold chain which I received as a gift from my parents and my dog broke that while we were playing. I went to another jewellery before Steve and they turned me away, but Steve accepted the challenge straight away.    We were told by multiple jewellers that resizing my engagement ring would be risky, expensive and tricky. We were prepared to send it back to the company we bought it from in the USA and be lumped with $3k in customs charges to get it resized with them. We thought we’d give it one more shot as Steve came recommended to us. Steve was excellent, super friendly, resized the ring with the assurance that the quality wouldn’t be lost, completed the job within an hour because we’re out of town and charged a minimal fee. We’re very grateful and will be using his services in future. Highly recommended.
