I visited the store yesterday on Saturday . The Staff helped me find a jacket with my requirements that’s zip up, no hoodie with pocket .
Aimed at their customer service as a brand, not the store specifically. They decided to stop their rewards program with no notice, using the excuse that they are looking to “improve it”. Why do you need to stop the rewards program to improve it. Seems like they don’t want to honour the points their loyal customers have accumulated! Shame on you ILU.
Be careful with the returns policy, its sneaky Item colour can be different to the photos on website and they dont have to refund if it was on any sort of discount Only way to get refunds is to pay full price which is overpriced?
A friendly staff member helped me exchange a jacket that I bought online for a different size. A simple process that will make me want to shop here again.
Visited this store this weekend and there were three of them working and not a single hello or an eye contact was made. My girlfriend and I were looking around and I decided to purchase 4 pants, however, I did not see any of my size and my girlfriend politely approached one of them to see if they have anything in stock. What we receive was an eye-roll and a disgusted look. What a waste of time. ILoveUgly, invest in your people with a proper hiring process and stop hiring incompetent people with no customer service skills!
Close time online said 7pm. Walked 20 mins and got there at 6.15pm and they were closed (staff was just sitting their at the desk). Either stick to your advertised hours or change them.
They have the worst returning policy. Purchased for the first time online on 18th november, 2 tees, when i got them 10 days later they didn't fit, then i tried to contact them and they said it was final sale and i couldn't return them, on the product page there was no such thing on the "SHIPPING & RETURNS" tab and no label on the product stating clearly "FINAL SALE" badge, which makes me think this company is just trying to mislead customers. I WOULD NEVER BUY CLOTHING ONLINE IF I COULDN'T RETURN IT.
