    Today, during our visit to Dimples Auckland Newmarket shop, we had a query about the size of the clothing we were purchasing for our baby. Hoping for some professional insights, we approached the checkout where Kita, the receptionist, was stationed. However, Kita's responses were rather curt and lacked patience. Despite our intention to receive helpful advice, Kita's repeated emphasis on the no-return or exchange policy, she didnβ€˜t reply our question at all. Additionally, I perceived an air of arrogance from her, seemingly because we were purchasing discounted clothing. This experience left us disheartened, particularly as long-standing patrons of Dimples. We enjoyed shopping at Dimples since before our baby was born and registered as Dimples member. I believed when Jane Anne established this brand, it was meant to embody care and love. Unfortunately, our interaction with Kita did not reflect these values in the slightest.

    Don’t bother with this store despite being established in an area where you’d expect the mark up to come with good customer service/after sales service or the filter of quality products. We purchased an Oricom baby monitor along with many other items which the sales don’t have much or any knowledge of. The particular Oricom baby monitor’s resolution is not from this decade nor is the sound quality, what’s even worse is the longevity of battery life and overall life of the device. The camera needs to be plugged in at all times to operate and the monitor battery lasts only a few hours. The device we bought only lasted a month before the camera & monitor stopped syncing despite being right next to eachother. We brought the device back to Dimples with video of the devices not syncing which was met with the manufacturer or distributor’s contact and was told to contact them instead. After contacting the given contact we were given an email to show Dimples which we were told could be changed for store credit. Being absolutely disappointed with the quality of the $500+ product obviously we asked for store credit at Dimples, which was denied and told the best they could do was replace the product. The run around was not necessary and really tells us how responsible this store is in terms of customer service

    First and last time purchasing from this company. $670 purchase was sent as a pre used and broken product. Sent an email with photos only to be told it's not their problem and that I need to claim under warranty with the overseas brand and have them see if they want to replace it. It was not a warranty claim they sent a faulty product it is there responsibility to replace it. So now I have an item that is unusable and taking up space in my house because they refuse to have anything to do with it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've never posted a bad review of a company in my life but people need to be aware this company does not honour the consumers gaurantees act. I have never had such bad service from a New Zealand company before.

    Dimples is amazing! Last week I arrived in a panic at 4.30pm and needed help installing my car seat. The lady who helped me (wish I knew her name) was so kind. Their customer service is just wow. I didn’t have an appointment (I should have!) and they were due to close at 5pm but that wasn’t even mentioned!! Instead I was greeted with the friendliest smile and offered help straight away. The small cost to install was worth every cent. I bought my car seat from Dimples and had it installed 2 years ago but needed help to re install after I removed it. Highly recommend Dimples, they go the extra mile

    Such an awesome store! The staff is super helpful. They have a great variety of amazing items here, clothes, accessories, car seats and strollers. They stock such and awesome brands like Joolz and Stokke. This place is worth a visit if you are preparing to be a parent, or already one.
