   The staff at MSA have made handling the accounting, gst, and tax for my business much easier. They are always there when I need them, they always pick up the phone, and they are very helpful when I’m asking questions and need guidance. When I did hit a rough patch, they were able to get paper work sorted quickly for me. Overall, we’ve never had problems with IRD regarding GST and tax during our time with MSA, so they’re doing a good honest job for us.    I’ve been with MSA for over 25 years now, and their team has always provided me with a very professional and personalized service, particularly from Navin and Raj. I have done my GST and Income tax myself in the past, which is manageable, but I’ve found it to be much easier and done more efficiently when it’s in MSA’s hands. I know that when I file my tax returns, they are perfect. When I have financial questions they are readily answered, and IF I’ve overlooked or missed something I know that they’ll give me a call.    I’ve been Navin’s customer for just over a year now. He’s great. Managed my properties and saved be a bunch of tax. Explanations are clear as day and the rest of the team treat my subordinates doing errands with poise and respect. I’ve tried out a few accountancy firms over the years but Navin is keeping my business for a years to come. Very happy with the professionalism provided. If you need an accountant that cuts straight through IRD nonsense, keeps your files up to date, makes submissions on time, and treats you regardless of business financial knowledge with respect - you need to call MSA!

   Biggest scammers in NZL. They act like they are doing you a favour with taxes and Navin has good connections, next minute he will take over your property and take every last dollar. Do not trust this company at all.
