I would rate six stars if it was an option! This service is so valuable. I first received (free!) advice from the National Capital team about my KiwiSaver just as Covid hit. I was all set to use my KS for a first home purchase and almost overnight I lost tens of thousands. It turns out, I didn't have the right advice or investment strategy in place (the problem with DIY). Since then, I've managed to bolster my funds, purchase a first home and get back on track for retirement savings - and I've switched funds/providers a couple of times. Crisp and clear advise. Milford were primitive in their process to verify new customer in old paper way; however team at national kept following up and never gave up. Finally Milford did the online verifications and I was onboarded. Good experience.
