AMI insurance is the worst insurance company in New Zealand. My vehicle was stolen and I got the date wrong by one week, as I am away oversea and the investigator claim I was lying and didn't give me a chance to explain at all. Horrible Insurance company who are money hungry... my vehicle was stolen and in impound and they don't want to pay for anything after I paid for premium and everything..... be careful and don't insure your vehicle with this company. Go with AA very much safer
