   EDITED: Reply to Green Bay Post’s reply: Been there. Done that. Did not help at all!! Pathetic service. Last week Thursday, I went to Green Bay to post an item by courier to Hamilton. I was assisted by a lady whose English was very poor from the retail part of the shop as the man in the post shop area was going out. She was unsure if she had put the correct sticker on or if I had paid enough for courier, and said their ‘system was down’ and she promised to phone me later that afternoon to let me know if I need to pay more. She checked the delivery address was Hamilton. She mumbled all this. She did not phone so I tried a couple of times until I got through to her and she said ‘yes all fine’. She was trying to get me off the phone quickly. Over a week later and the parcel has not been delivered and is still at the Green Bay depot!! Turns out that the assistant gave me the incorrect information and clearly did NOT do her job. I don’t think she really cared. I phoned the Green Bay shop to lay a complaint and also to ask them to sort this out as it was entirely their fault. The man on duty was polite enough but refused to take responsibility for the staff member, suggesting that a) I had the incorrect tracking number, b) I should have taken a photo of the package (box) to prove I had written the address correctly (what—so we’re expected to take photos of the packages as evidence rather than just the tracking number!?), c) I had probably written my home address instead of the Hamilton delivery address (!!—the assistant had double-checked the delivery place with me), d) I had not asked for courier (!) and e) the package was out for delivery today and I should receive it (again, what? It had, accordingly to NZ Post’s tracking been out for delivery for the past week! And certainly not in my suburb, let alone Hamilton!). Come on, where is your customer service? Properly sort this out! I will edit this review once you have done so.

   Truly discusting service they have food items that are over 3-6 months expired on the shelf I took some to the counter then I came back the next day ajd it’s all still on the shelf so if you buy from here make sure you check the expire date

   Missed the mark unfortunately, always seems like you cause some sort of an inconvenience to them, not very supportive towards their customers: Lost my receipt but No updates provided to follow ups there was No curtesy contact made and NO attempts made to follow this up with me! High Serviced prices ☹️
