   Dealing with this firm has been a deeply disappointing experience. There’s been no consistency — just a revolving door of staff and a noticeable lack of accountability. Communication has been poor throughout, and progress on the estate has been painfully slow. We've had to chase them constantly, and even then, very little seems to get done. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone needing reliable legal support with estate matters.
